Should be Retired

This report gets the list of players from a park and checks to see if they have actually played in the last 14 months. If they have not, then they should likely be marked as RETIRED. If the report is empty for your park, all good. If there are players in the results, follow the link to the ORK player and toggle their status to RETIRED vs. VISIBLE. If you are logged in to the ORK already, this should be extremely easy.

This will clean up all sorts of other report with players that are not actively playing. You can always mark them back ACTIVE when they return, and there's another report for checking that HERE.
